Council President Pro Tem:  As the Council has received a synopsis of the previous meeting, I move that we dispense with the reading of the minutes of the same unless there are any deletions, additions, or corrections.

Mayor Announcements:

·         City Hall offices will be closed on Monday, January 18 in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. There will be no garbage, trash or recycling pick up on that day. Service will resume on Tuesday, January 19.
