About the Office

·         The Court Referral Office is provided by Community Corrections of Tuscaloosa County

·         The Court Referral Officer for the Tuscaloosa Municipal Court is Ms. Nancy Mathews 

·         The Court Referral Office provides evaluations and referrals for alcohol and drug treatment and drug screens if ordered by the Court. 

Fees

·         Evaluation fee    
$  75.00

·         Monitoring fee    
 $  30.00

·         Drug screen fee     
$ 25.00

Note that all fees are subject to change.

Continuances

If you are a defendant and need to change the date of an evaluation or monitoring, do not call.  No continuances will be granted by phone. 

You have to come to the Court Referral Office to request a continuance.
